Jaisy Elza Joe is a paralegal at the Law Offices of Fred F. Mashian, APC. She joined the firm in 2023. Ms. Joe assists the attorneys with preparing legal and county documents in relation to all aspects of estate planning, Trust, and estate administration. Ms. Joe is also involved in the formation of limited liability companies & corporations. Ms. Joe is a foreign licensed attorney under the laws of India. As a civil litigation attorney, Ms. Joe represented clients in India, across various sectors before India’s State High Court and statutory tribunals. Ms. Joe has also conducted arbitration proceedings and has experience in performing legal research, drafting contracts and petitions while a practicing attorney in India. Ms. Joe graduated top of her class in B.Com LL.B.(Hons.) program from law school. Ms. Joe is preparing for and is planning to take the State of California Bar Exam.
